A structured change program for product teams, focused on mindset shift and

Teams map their product development lifecycle and identify friction, risks and AI opportunities.
Module 2
Context engineering & AI use cases
DevHow the context window drives output quality: feeding AI the right information, MVP generation use cases.
Non-devDefining AI use cases as product manager, product owner, lead or designer; AI prototyping.
Module 3
Compound engineering
DevSetting up the codebase for AI: CLAUDE.md, MCPs, skills, feedback loops and workflows.
Non-devAI workflows and setting up Claude Code for non-engineering work.
Module 4
Verification Joint
AI code verification, DevOps, quality feedback rules and guardrails. Working with AI in greenfield and brownfield settings.
