AI spend only becomes impact when strategy, teams and software move together.

Our framework covers all three.

Discovery day with the DocBase team
Discovery day at DocBase

Enterprise teams are mandated to use AI tools, yet outcomes rarely follow. The root cause is usually a lack of process and talent redesign. Through executive alignment and an organisation scan, we deliver a tailored AI adoption strategy, roadmap and measurable enterprise outcomes.

To show leadership what is possible in a short time, we use formats such as hackathons, executive sessions, build days and public speaking engagements.

Highlighted engagements

DocBaseA discovery day covered vision, growth, engineering, operations and customer success, and resulted in an AI roadmap for faster delivery of customer needs.

FugroA hackathon showed executives and product teams what AI makes possible within days. Executive sessions across three regions then shaped the company's adoption strategy.

RabobankWe introduced around 100 account managers and finance specialists to AI in their daily work, from context engineering with Microsoft Copilot to reusable AI workflows.

As part of a Community Day, we worked with Yodoley on a focused AI workshop for around 100 professionals from the financial sector. Beyond the tools, the emphasis was on data quality, privacy and clear ownership of AI output. The hands-on workshop gave teams a practical foundation for responsible and scalable AI adoption in their daily work.

Inside the Fugro program
Inside the Fugro program

With leadership aligned, adoption depends on team capability. We help teams choose the right tools and stack, upskill them with senior industry experts, and leave reusable assets behind: workflows, skills, prompt libraries, knowledge bases. Observability makes adoption and returns visible, so every token spent counts towards business outcomes.

The core of Adopt is a three month change management programme for developers, designers, product managers and any other function in the organisation. Bi-weekly touch points keep the work grounded in daily delivery, and the programme closes with a demo from each team, so adoption and its outcomes stick.

Highlighted engagements

FugroA change program with executive mandate: ten product teams, around 100 engineers, product managers and designers, embedding AI in their daily delivery work. The goal is shorter lead time to delivery, with adoption that lasts beyond the program.

The GenAI upskilling by Yodoley aligns our teams, giving them a bottom-up, practical way to adopt AI in coding and product development, effectively yet responsibly. It helps us maintain Fugro's leadership position, accelerate key focus areas, and boost workforce productivity, satisfaction, and velocity.

AI agents can now carry a large share of software production. That only pays off inside a well engineered process: clear specs, guardrails, automated checks and review across the lifecycle. We build that harness with you, from spec to delivery to maintenance, so you ship faster with fewer resources.

We deploy our own engineers and engineering practices: developing new products agentically, or adding that harness to an existing codebase. Where it creates value for your customers, we embed AI in your own products.

Highlighted engagements

FugroWe build software ourselves. AI agents carry a large share of the engineering work, within guardrails that keep the software stable and secure.

OrtecWe work alongside the VP of Innovation office to embed AI within the ORTEC suite. The work centres on agentic workflows for a frictionless customer experience and smarter decision support.

I worked with Venkatesh (Yodoley) on shaping and executing our AI Acceleration Program from the very start, and his contribution was highly valuable in aligning the overall vision and objectives. He brings a unique combination of academic insight and practical business innovation experience, with a strong focus on customer needs and customer-centricity. He also brings a thoughtful perspective on the role of AI in innovation, always connecting technological possibilities to real customer value. He has excellent overview skills and a strong ability to look at challenges holistically. His credibility and clarity when communicating make him highly effective in engaging and convincing stakeholders. He helped us step back, challenge assumptions, and rethink our approach where needed, which significantly strengthened the program.
